What is SUS316 stainless steel?
SUS316 is stainless steel contained Chrome 18% & Nickel 12%, and added Molybdenum for increasing corrosion resistance. SUS316 is superior for corrosion resistance, better than SUS304. SUS316L is super low carbon steel content of carbon equal to below 0.03%, and improved performanceof SUS316.
What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316?
The difference between SUS304 VS SUS316 Stainless Steel is the additional of molybdenum of up to 3%. This grade of stainless steel is commonly used in the surgical indusry , paper pulp industry and also in the production of dyes and chemicals.
