The resolution of 201 and 304 stainless steel plates  

Compared with 304 stainless steel plate, the corrosion resistance of 201 material stainless steel plate is relatively weak. It is not recommended to be used in the often humid and cold ecological environment. It is possible to use it in relatively low temperature and dry areas and the design and decoration industry with low quality requirements. The 304 stainless steel plate has good corrosion resistance and can often be used in relatively humid provinces or the southeast coast, such as Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang and other coastal cities.

1. 304 stainless steel plate has a good gloss and shine, and it is smooth to touch; 201 stainless steel is dark in color and has no gloss, and it feels rough and uneven to the touch. In addition, wet your hands with water and touch the two stainless steel materials respectively. After touching the water-stained fingerprints on the 304 board, it is easier to erase, and 201 is not easy to erase.

2. Install the grinding wheel with a polishing machine and lightly polish the two kinds of plates or plates. When polishing, the sparks of 201 material are longer, thicker and more, while the sparks of 304 material are shorter, thinner and less.

3. Apply stainless steel pickling paste to two types of stainless steel plates respectively. The color is 201 when it is dark, and it is 304 stainless steel plate when it is white or does not change color.
